Very disappointed in the "Kid Tough" products. What a bummer. I'm going to send this back and give up on these Fisher Price products.
DVDs stop or skip or have horrible lines running through the picture. Literally ONCE. We used this DVD player twice without any dropping or bumping and it quit playing properly.
We also received the camera from a friend and it worked ONCE. Would also like to add the one time it did work fine that the battery life was very short after a full charge. Didn't even last more than an hour.
All of this without even being rough or tough with either item. And for $140 I expect way more.
Came fast and was new as described. I had purchased the same item from walmart, which was defective,and had to be returned.My grandson love wathing movies while traveling. good for this.
I bought this for my grandson. I asked her if the batteries can be replaced and she didn't know. My daughter-in-law says he loves it, but the batteries do not last long. After they run out he is frustrated because he thinks it is broken and wants it fixed. It is cute. I have never seen it working because the batteries were dead when it arrived in the mail.
Returned it, Amazon sent another that worked for 3 weeks before it quit playing DVD discs. This DVD player is a piece of junk. Returned it for a refund. I purchased 2 and had to return both within weeks of receiving them. First one didn't have any volume right out of the box. This player is a real good idea but turned out to be of really poor quality. Although, Amazon's service throughout this ordeal proved to be excellent.
There were no instructions in the package and it will NOT read any DVD'sDoes anyone have one. There is a paper like 'tag' inside at the back of where the disc goes is this supposed to be removed first. I don't want to remove it and if need to send it back them not replace if not suppose to be removed.HELP please.
